Enrollment is now open for the 2012-2013 School Year!

Thank you for your interest in Provost Academy.  Please fill out the following information and we will be in touch to get the Enrollment process started.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not collect information from persons less than 13 years of age.

** Please note that Provost Academy can accept only full-time students who are eligible for grades 9-12. The maximum age for enrollment is 21 and students must be able to graduate by their 21st birthday.
